My great pleasure to host Professor David Odde from the University of Minnesota for a seminar talk at Mechanical Science and Engineering at Illinois during the Spring 2025 !

Professor Odde delivered an insightful seminar entitled “Mechanics of glioma cells and T cells in brain tissue.” In this talk, he shared his pioneering research on the mechanobiology of cancer cell migration, inspiring interdisciplinary approaches that bridged engineering, biology, and medicine. His cross-disciplinary approach on cytoskeletal dynamics, computational modeling, and cancer treatment strategies were inspiring.
